Project Manager

As a Project Manager at CCG you will be responsible to liaise and manage project stakeholders, developers, consortiums and principal building contractors from the project(s) award through to delivery. Other key aspects as part of the role will include:

• Delivery and management of  several projects at any one time
• Manage project administration, correspondence and contractual requirements
• Implement and manage CCG EHS policies and procedures
• Management of project financial requirements
• Generate target programmes to ensure detailed planning of safety, resources, time, costs and quality 

Salary offer to commensurate with experience.

You may be an experienced Project Coordinator looking to take the next step into a PM role. Alternately, a Project Manager looking to diversify your current experience and move into the Demolition and Recycling industries. This role comes with a great prospects for growth and opportunity.

To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in Construction Management or similar and have  experience and understanding of Melbourne's commercial construction and demolition market. 

You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills fulfilling a key role.
