Bloom Projects is a small scale luxury builder-developer specialising in high end residential new builds and renovations in inner South East Melbourne on projects ranging from $1 - $2 million. We are small but close team and operate with a flat organisational structure. Our relationship with our key trades are just as important as our direct employees and we pride ourselves on having strong and long standing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end supervising of high-end builds and renovations  
• Organisation of all trades and materials 
• Spending your time between on-the-tools & managing a project
• Liaising with client, Architects, Interior designers, Engineers, & subbie trades as needed
• OH&S implementation
• Running of programme to keep project on time

Salary offer + incentives to align with experience and capability.

• Carpentry qualifications (essential)
• 5+ years quality experience on the tools (residential preferred)
• Team player mentality
• 10/10 carpentry skills
• 'Whatever it takes' attitude to get the job done
• Valid Drivers license
• Energetic personality
• Proven references
• Capable and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter (80% on the tools)
• Work closely with Director, keep jobs running smoothly
• Capacity to play Foreman role when required
• Liaising with clients and attend all client site meetings
• Planned and organised, with good foresight and ability to think ahead
• Can build strong relationships with trades
• Positive can-do attitude and passion for high end builds
• Extremely high attention to detail
• High-end architectural technical skill
• Potential to grow into more of Foreman/Project Manager role in the future
• Permanent residence status
• Immediate start preferred
