As a Project Manager your role relies on managing the overall project as well as financial position of the project &  to ensure the project is moving forward at all times. Your success lies in how you bring the best version of yourself to work each day and support not only your team but the other departments with the information they require to be successful in their roles.

Key tasks include;

• Manage, oversee and monitor all project activities to ensure work undertaken meets design specifications and quality requirements, OH&S and environmental obligations, and is completed within the programmed project deadlines, quality and budget.
• Manage the requirements of the Head Contract, e.g. Conditions of Contract, Drawings, Schedule of Price and Specifications.
• Prepare Construction Programmes and Procurement Schedules.
• Financial management of projects incl. forecast construction costs using Cost Management Software.

You will ideally demonstrate;

• Over 5+ year's construction industry experience
• Proven track record and references
• You’re always leading by example in a way you’d expect your team to behave.
• You utilise your knowledge and able to shift your leadership and communication style to support you in developing strong professional relationships across the business and to bring the best out of yourself and your team.
• Solution focused attitude, eye for detail and proactive approach 
• You are measured, smart, honest, relicable and consistent
