Job Details:

• Manage tenders to ensure deadlines are met
• Complete and compile Tender Forms / Submissions
• Liaise directly with subcontractors, trade staff and all other key stakeholders
• Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Senior Estimator
• Complete materials take-offs for trades as required
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications
• Ability to efficiently and accurately translate drawings into cost estimates
• Ability to submit and follow up tenders whilst maintaining current relationships
• Ability to source construction materials and understand the application of such materials
• Assist with key administration duties

• 1-2 years’ experience estimating for a commercial builder
• Previous exposure estimating commercial projects - highly desirable 
• Ability to competently read/interpret plans and specifications
• Must have good communication skills 
• Knowledge of Buildsoft and/or Cubit - highly advantageous
