Allmore would like to welcome interest from an enthusiastic and self motivated Site Manager with a strong structural and infrastructure background to oversee a recently awarded project in the inner south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 

The candidate should possess the ability to control all day-to-day running of site related matters, inclusive of Safety, Quality and Personnel. 

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead your team are a must. Salary offer to align with experience.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

• 5 years experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial / Institutional Construction
• Understanding of Structural and Services elements
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills in order to meet critical program deadlines
• Knowledge of OHS systems and implementations
• Systems based experience for effective management of site safety, quality and programme
• Well-developed ability to lead and motivate subcontractors
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Hold current Drivers License, Construction Induction Card, First Aid Certification and Working with Children Card
• Computer Literate
