Client-side PM / SPM

• Client-side Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role subject to the experience of successful candidate.
• Involvement in Geelong based project requiring travel to Geelong in own vehicle (expenses reimbursed). Travel will be required at least through 2020.
• Involvement in other Melbourne CBD projects.
• Retail experience preferred (majors, mini-majors and specialities) including design, coordination and delivery.

• Minimum of five years' experience working in a Client-side position or with a local/national/international builder or appropriate consultancy firm.
• Demonstrable project experience within the recognised industry sectors of - commercial, defence, education, health, industrial, retail, residential (including high rise). Note, not all sectors required.
• Demonstrate a succession of project related roles through the recognised phases of a project – Feasibility/Concept, Design Development, Procurement and Delivery.
• Project experience demonstrating increasing value, complexity and personal responsibility including leadership of diverse teams of professionals and other specialists.
• Contract administration expertise, commercial acumen, and construction planning awareness, i.e. Asta Project or Microsoft Project or similar will be a distinct advantage for candidates applying for this role.
• Professional membership of engineering or building / construction sector bodies is valuable.
