We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role provides a genuine opportunity for career growth and advancement, into a CA and pathway to Project Manager role.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will maintain and monitor project administrative procedures and controls to ensure the provision of accurate and timely reports and documentation requirements.

Stay engaged by liaising closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the project team. You will also assist in the management of OH&S on projects, conduct subcontract and contract administration, including procurement schedules. Utilise your financial acumen by carrying out cost control, budgeting and forecasting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification or working towards a degree in Construction Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail coupled with sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Professional presentation
• Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Skills
• A current drivers licence and a car
