Reporting to an Associate Director or Director of HGW Projects (Victoria), the Project Manager will manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller or less complicated projects and/or components of work on larger or more complicated projects.

The Project Manager is to develop their industry network and create professional relationships with project personnel and stakeholders.

Due to a heavy workload and an extensive pipeline, HGW Projects now require a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the design, documentation and delivery process of various projects.

Key responsibilities include;

• Manage design and delivery of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
• Manage external consultants, stakeholders, and internal resources.
• Establishing and managing project budgets, programmes, and documentation.
• Administer all aspects of the project design and construction process ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Salary offer commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will;

• Tertiary qualified - Project / Construction Management, Architecture (or similar related degree)
• Over 3+ years proven experience successfully delivering projects
• Demonstrate tenacity, drive, and accountability
• Have superior problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritise tasks
• Leadership skills and professional presentation

The Project Manager will be working closely with both Directors with the support of other Project Managers and Assistant PMs as required.
