The Opportunity
The role involves;
- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Responding to and raising RFI's
- Preparing variations
- Communication with site teams and clients
- Maintaining relevant registers
- Preparing Purchase Orders
- Preparing materials lists and take-offs
- Coordination with estimating department
About You
You will be;
- Working with a small but dynamic office team. Positive and friendly
- Communicating with suppliers and other staff. Great communication skills
- Managing tools and materials. Construction knowledge/experience essential
- Working with modern systems. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working closely with the leadership team. Accessible and organised
