Graduate Contract Administrator

Dome was formed in 2002 as a small domestic construction business to service the inner-city terrace market. Specialising in complex architectural builds often with near-impossible access.

Dome has grown to a significant national residential construction business, with Melbourne, Regional, Victoria, Sydney, Noosa, Tasmania and Byron Bay projects.

We have partnered with some of Australia's most prestigious residential architects to build a long term sustainable pipeline of ever increasingly exciting projects.

Under the direct guidance of our Director's, we have an opportunity to enter the business in a dynamic role as a Graduate Contract Administrator, with access to new business functions throughout the company.   

The role will entail:

• Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions
• Working through construction details with architects and subcontractors
• Preparation and implementation of budgets
• Procuring contract works
• Forecasting construction costs and preparing reports using DataBuild software
• Attending on site meetings with managers, architects and sub-contractors
• Gaining hands on technical experience in high end architectural construction

Salary offer subject to experience level.
