Simbuilt is a progressive and professional construction company delivering a wide range of projects in the commercial fit out and refurbishment construction markets. With over 30 years of experience, Simbuilt have been assisting our repeat business clients through all stages of their projects.
We are looking for a loyal, driven and hardworking individual. The successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude and a professional approach.
The Opportunity
You will be join a team of passionate commercial construction professionals.
Key responsibilities include;
- General office administration and reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Accounts payable and processing invoices
- Updating vendor information and insurances
- Preparing fornightly and monthly payruns
- Monitor and maintain direct debit and credit card purchases
- Provide clerical and administrative support duties to the management team
- Maintaining staff timesheets
- Responding to customer queries and complaints
- Improving company operations, systems and procedures
Salary offer subject to experience level. We can also offer flexible working hours.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate;
- 'Can do' approach with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Book keeping or accounting experience an advantage
- Be proactive and ability to self motivate
- Intermediate level IT and microsoft office experience
- Construction industry experience desirable
