We have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager for delivery of our industrial & commerical projects.

We manage bespoke large-scale developments and property transactions for our clients who are locally and overseas based. The core of our business is within industrial and logistics however we also specialise in commercial workplace and hotel development. We have assembled an unrivalled team with extensive operational experience from within the Supply Chain and Property sectors.

Salary offer subject to experience level.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

• 3+ years Contract Administration, Project Management, Property within the construction industry
• Ability to multi-task and a self-starter
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• A clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Behaviour consistent with TM Insight’s values and policies
• Work co-operatively, positively and collaboratively respecting others’ opinions with a focus on directing the team to achieve project objectives
• Demonstrate flexibility in approach to work and workloads
• Ability to perform steadily during peak work load
• Team Building, promoting a positive work environment and morale building
