The successful candidate will find themselves joining a very friendly and charismatic team of professionals and tradesmen, all of whom work side by side and as a one unit team.

Thanks to a growing pipeline of work in the Geelong region, Maxcon is on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, based in Geelong. At present we have a 2 years pipeline of work in the area.

The Project Coordinator is expected to assist the project team to foresee or predict any anticipated problems, and to plan, organise and control activities, budgets and risks (including safety-related) ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget with a high standard of quality and safety outcomes. 

Salary offer subject to experience level.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience;

• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure proper planning, monitoring and control of site construction
• Analyse budgets to achieve management targets
• Defects reporting and make good
• Comply with risk management, quality assurance and health, safety and environment management systems and statutory obligations.
• Promote a positive Safety Culture in line with the company vision.
• Ensure all SWMS are obtained and participate in discussions on the adequacy of the submitted SWMS. 
• Ensure Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are undertaken as required for critical tasks.
