The Development Coordinator / Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. An understanding of the development process and sales experience is highly regarded. The fast-paced working environment seeks a self-motivated and organised individual who prides themselves on completing all tasks with a high attention to detail.  

 

This role would suit someone looking to take a step towards (or furthering) a career in the property development industry with a young, dynamic group of property professionals.

 

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

 

  • Diary management for the COO
  • Preparation and attendance at a variety of meetings (agenda, minutes, presentations)
  • Document/Records management (experience with Dropbox advantageous)
  • Revision and implementation of changes to floorplans and finishes
  • Undertake pre-settlement inspections with purchasers
  • Defecting apartments (experience with Aconex advantageous)
  • Social media management (predominately Instagram)
  • Assisting with the sales process (appraisal & valuation appointments, contract management and reporting)
  • Assisting with Rental Guarantee management
  • Attending and taking notes at development PCG’s
  • Preparing monthly PCG template reports (to be completed by COO)
  • Monitoring and actioning permit conditions

 

Salary offer subject to level of experience.

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Dropbox / OneDrive experience
  • Experience working in the property/construction/ real estate industry
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly advantageous.
