With continued growth and success of our company, Montlaur Project Services is looking to hire a new Senior Project Manager.

Reporting to an Associate Director or Director, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing individual projects being managed by Project Manager, providing high-level advice and leadership support. Your responsibilities will include;

• Senior point of contact/escalation point for clients, and building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
• Overall accountability for the successful delivery of projects
• Develop detailed briefs, programs, quality and cost plans and oversee implementation and execution by project managers
• Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of project setup, delivery and handover
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and direction to PMs in the joint execution of all project management activities
• Foster repeat business and proactively seek new clients and opportunities

The core competencies required for this role include;

• Demonstrated experience leading the successful delivery of individual projects across the entire life cycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, providing support and leadership to all involved
• Ability to effectively delegate and manage project resources
• Passionate about the Project Management industry
• A genuine desire to mentor, grow and develop team members
• Brand ambassador in the market presenting Montlaur as a leading Project Management firm and an employer of choice
