With continued growth and success of our company, Montlaur Project Services is looking to hire a new Project Manager.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, Associate Director or Director, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing individual projects and managing the day to day project activities throughout all stages of a project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include;

• Proactively manage client and project requirements, and act as a primary point of contact for clients
• Engage all consultants on behalf of the client
• Assist the Senior PM in preparing programs, tenders, required docs, etc
• Manage design stages of projects in line with brief requirements
• Attend and contribute to all project meetings
• Review and recommend payment, progress claims, and cost variations

The core competencies required for this role include;

• Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex commercial projects from inception to completion
• Proven understanding of the construction industry
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions
• Relentless drive to achieve results and a commitment to excellence
• Work well as part of the team; assists others and values the opportunity to learn from others
• Operate with a high degree of integrity
