Site Manager

StandStruct was established in 2017 as a specialist contractor in the massive timber industry. Our core business is large timber structures made from innovative Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Laminated Venere Lumber (LVL), Glulam and other forms of massive timber. StandStruct works as a head contractor and a subcontractor.

StandStruct is recognised as a leader in the space and have projects in Victoria and interstate. We have a team of 10 admin and site-based staff with our office located in Richmond. 

StandStruct is a division of Sinjen Group (builders).   

Sinjen has built a reputation for building high quality residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for experienced and committed Site Manager to work on our exciting projects. 

We have a great range of projects on the books for 2019 and hope to find site staff that share our values.   

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ site supervisiing experience 
• Experience managing commercial building sites
• Experience in structures and fit out
• Experience delivering high quality, architecturally designed projects  
• Be positive and energetic
• Demonstrate management and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, MS Project, etc)
• Understand project programs and how to drive the critical path
• Solid understanding of OHS obligations and administration
• Can do attitude
