Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Managers, and other administrative personnel, the Contracts Administrator will be a vital member of the Verve management team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 + years experience in a similar role, with proven Contracts Administration experience on architectural residential build projects.
Ideally, you will have a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management (or similar) and be a skilled negotiator, with an ability to successfully manage subcontractors.
You will also have excellent communications skills. You will be required to work as part of a team but also very autonomously, as such you will need to be highly self-motivated.
