We are seeking a proven Project Manager to help us with new and existing work and the willingness and desire to mentor junior team members.

Attractive salary offer subject to level of experience.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to procure trades, negotiate and drive client satisfaction, along with the ability to lead a team.

Candidates will meet the following criteria;

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager in a similar role
• Experience with end-to-end management of multi-res developments in Sydney metro area
• Proven capacity to deliver projects ranging in value from $10Mill to $50Mill autonomously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build a team unit and foster the growth of team members
• Eager to work and grow in a close-knit community of like-minded construction professionals
