The Opportunity
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient CA to work across multi-level high-end retail fit outs, refurbs and extensions, as well as Greenfield projects for leading Australian retailers and repeat blue chip clients ranging from $1M-$10M. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and assume responsibility for projects from feasibility through to completion of contractual obligations, within scope and under budget.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;
- 4+ years’ experience in a dedicated CA role and experience with a Head Contractor essential
- Experience in commercial fit out essential; new build/extensions and/or retail experience a bonus
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management ability
- Experience in management of project financials and cost reporting
- Track record of delivering contract admin on projects up to $10M in full, on time
- Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to Scope Trade Packages and make recommendations to PM
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and construction methodology/buildability practices
- Ability to support the PM and drive project delivery throughout all project stages and close out jobs financially upon completion
- Jobpac or Cheops experience essential
