Contract Administrator

Standout Projects is looking for a contract administrator/junior project manager to join us in the outstanding delivery of our projects on a part time or full-time basis depending on the candidate.

Working alongside our Construction Manager, Project Manager and Site Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting throughout the building process and ensuring the high standards we pride ourselves on. Including trade procurement, contract management, client interactions and many other facets of project administration/management.

We will provide you with all the resources and support to achieve our Mission and Vision to ensure relationships and quality is maintained during the entire building process.

In addition to the above you will need to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors and regulators and acting as the point of contact for the day to day communication for project related queries.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Design (Architecture) / Bachelor of Construction Management or currently studying one of these
• Onsite building experience
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• High-end/boutique residential experience preferred
• Proactive attitude, open minded, strong work ethic with willingness to learn and proven ability to communicate clearly
• Professional presentation and attention to detail at all times.
