You will support and lead the successful delivery of construction projects including all aspects of project management, financial and commercial aspects.

The successful candidate work closely with the project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required level of quality.

Due to an increase in work, we are providing an opportunity for a Project Coordinator with ideally 2-5 years industry experience on commercial projects to become part of our team with significant scope for future growth.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Company Directors, general responsibilities include; Design Coordination, Estimating, Document and Contract Management, Subcontractor Management, Budget Management and Cost Reporting,

You will ideally be tertiary qualified in Construction Management (or similar).
