• Working directly with and reporting to the Development Project Manager to support on all day-to-day tasks related to project delivery
• Coordinating various stakeholder, consultant and contractor meetings, correspondence and documentation
• Working directly with and reporting to the Development Project Manager to support on all day-to-day tasks related to project delivery
• Compiling risk assessments and strategies for mitigation
• Helping monitor and report on the overall development budget and expenditure for each project
• Maintaining a database of accurate and comprehensive documentation including purchaser variations, consultant and contractor agreements
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contract specifications and any agreed variations
• Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders including builders, consultants, contractors and regulators and acting as the point of contact for all day-to-day correspondence for project related queries

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced enironment
• 3+ years of experience in project delivery
• Is proactive and commercially minded
• Has strong communication and relationship management skills
• Is innovative and dedicated to excellence
• High level of attention to detail
