Senior Contract Administrator

Growthbuilt currently has ten live projects in Sydney ranging from $1mill to $100mill across various sectors. This has presented an opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator with at least 3+ years experience to join our ranks. 

You will be working closely with the Project Managers & your responsibilities will cover all contractual, financial and related duties, including sub-contracts, progress claims, variations, cost reporting and the finalisation of contracts.

Salary offered to commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will match the following experience and qualifications;

• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Tender response evaluation
• Subcontractor negotiation, selection, and management
• Certification and payment of Progress Claims
• Liaison with Project Managers, Site Managers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
• Work within a third-party accredited WHSQE system
