Client-side Project Management, Office Fitout, Residential, Retail, Infrastructure, Industrial, Hospitality, Aged Care, Commercial, Education, Early Learning.

Following continued growth and client demand, we are looking to fill a full-time position for an extremely organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager with a knowledge of Construction / Contract Administration, who can pick up minor works across a national portfolio of works, projects $60 - $700k.

Works will include:

- Taking a high-level brief, develop into a suitable schedule of works showing photos, drawings and mark ups suitable for contractors to price with minimal grounds for variations.

- Assess pricing submissions for works and preparing recommendations

- Assist in managing contract awarded builder from site establishment through to project completion (including organising and chairing site/project meetings) to ensure builder meets project timelines and completion dates.

- Undertake and understand cost analysis to function project budgets

- Create reports for management review / client review

- Multi task across a range of projects

Salary offer subject to level of experience.

The suitable applicant will be motivated to progress into a Project Management role gathering experience and learnings of the process as they develop.
