MARKSCON specialise in high-end townhouse and apartment developments, as well as commercial retail and industrial complexes.
We are selective in what projects we tender and are focused on sustained diversified growth. Currently we undertake projects in value between $5 and $30 million for reputable clients.

The Opportunity
- Sub-contract trade scope of work preparation.
- Sub-contract trade tendering process.
- Sub-contract trade vetting and contract recommendations for awarding sub-contractors.
- Preparation of sub-contracts and administration of same.
- Tendering & ordering building materials for the site teams.
- Manage sub-contractor variation claims and progress claims.
- Provide Payment Schedules in accordance with the Securities of Payment Act.
- Review and approve Tax Invoices from creditors (suppliers).
- Track Project Costs against Budgets and provide monthly reporting to the Contract Manager.
- Review project documentation and co-ordinate RFIs as required.
- Manage the shop drawing process as required.
- Attend Project Meetings and liaise with project stakeholders to ensure Meeting Agenda & Meeting Minutes are actioned and closed out in timely fashion.
- Preparation of Head Contract variation claims as required.
