Site Supervisor

Prebuilt is a highly regarded, fast growing modular construction company based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

With over 50 staff, we are a unique business, which specializes in the construction of  multiple buildings simultaneously at our Kilsyth factories. We are a leader in the design, building and delivery of, architectural modular residential & commercial buildings in Australia.

A terrific opportunity exists for a motivated and driven Site Supervisor to join our professional team:

• Site Assembly of Buildings.
• Report to the Project Manager on a daily basis.
• Provide overall leadership for factory works and assist in the preparation and monitoring of construction programs.
• Report on project delivery.
• Coordinate sub contractors, suppliers and material deliveries.
• Identify areas to minimize cost and implement procedural improvements.
• Promote and develop a strong safety culture and safe working environment.
• Ensure factory personnel undertake Site specific inductions and other necessary training.Undertake QA checks on all projects in conjunction with the Project Coordinator
• Undertake QA checks on all projects in conjunction with the Project Coordinator.
• Undertake police checks and a Working with Children checks if required.
• Some travel required

• Minimum of 3 years working as a supervisor with proven experience managing multiple projects. Experience with modular builds a distinct advantage
• A Cert IV or higher qualification in Building and construction or similar.
• Good computer literacy
• Very strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude with a high level of initiative, drive and leadership
• A commitment to safety with sound knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures
• The ability to manage and motivate a construction team and sub-contractors.
