Camillo Builders have an opportunity for a motivated Contract Administrator.

We are seeking a capable CA who has practical knowledge of the local Melbourne apartment construction market and is looking for their next career progression.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing project(s) from beginning to handover. Projects to $30Mill.

Salary offered to commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management
• Significant experience in multi-residential construction
• Proven track record
• Proactive attitude
• Sense of urgency coupled with an eye for detail
• Detailed knowledge of building techniques, problem solving and a fundamental understanding of the assembly process.
• Strong work ethic
• Jobpac experience desirable
