Due to continued business growth, which includes some of Melbourne’s most iconic upcoming projects, we are providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to become part of our team with an unparalleled scope for future growth.

 

 

Key responsibilities include;

 

  • Responsible for management of subcontractor trade tendering and project financial reporting  
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules
  • Issue and maintain variations, time extensions, progress claims
  • Management of detailed design and shop drawings
  • Coordinate Certificate of Occupancy and Hand Over requirements
  • Liaise with authorities for issue of Compliance Certificates, Council Permits, Insurance Certificates      etc
  • Attend Site meeting and take minutes as required
  • Administer RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
  • Prepare monthly cost reports

 

Salary offer to commensurate with experience

 

 

You will ideally demonstrate;

 

  • Minimum 2+ years Contract Administrator experience
  • Proven tenure of successful project delivery
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent team player who enjoys sharing in team success          .
  • Attention to detail coupled with understanding of project program requirements.
  • Confident negotiator
  • Proactive attitude.
