With a strong pipeline of work, we have an exciting new position for an experienced Site Foreman. Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, the Site Foreman is responsible for the delivery of construction aspects of the project under the incumbent’s control. This includes the construction of the project to the agreed quality, cost and time constraints, and the provision of a safe and sustainable workplace. The Site Foreman is also responsible for the performance of sub-contractors and consultants working on the site.

The delivery of all aspects of the project;

• Ensuring the quality of project is delivered at a consistently high level and to meet the requirements of the head contract.
• Delivery of the project to the agreed timeframes. 
• Delivery of the project to the agreed cost.
• Delivery of the project in a safe and sustainable manner

A strong ability to lead sub-contractors and consultants towards the successful delivery of IRONSIDE projects.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate;

• Strong design, project programming and cost management skills
• A proven track record of the implementation of construction best-practice and the ability to implement such best practice in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment
• Three to eight years’ construction experience in the multi-apartment construction industry including the successful completion of at least two project construction cycles
