As Project Manager/ Development Manager will be to lead numerous developments and be responsible coordinating and managing the project’s cost, value and delivery to the high- standards we value.
Reporting into the Development Director and Development Manager, you will be required to manage the full commercial process of projects from inception through to feasibility and delivery. In this role you will be assisting in the project cost and revenue whilst delivering the onsite presence and interaction required with the builder to control risk, Stakeholder management, Client Liaison and the
Operational management required to deliver Project Scope and Definition.
The role requires a highly motivated and effective person with strong communication skills that can coordinate different teams within the business, external stakeholders, clients and purchasers to deliver on the project outcomes.
You will display a high-level Self-motivation and the ability to apply knowledge of cost, feasibility and project delivery to any situation to problem solve logically and creatively whilst maintain an absolute level of integrity and confidentiality to delivery mixed use and high-end multi residential and commercial projects.
To be considered, you will have 5 – 10 years’ Project management experience and a few years as an assistant Development Manager. You must be able to demonstrate that you have successfully completed a project from inception to completion. Your provious roles have shaped your ability to develop the technical and market knowledge required to effectively listen to project requirements and to influence / negotiate favourable project outcomes.You have previously taken initiative to manage a project and produce outcomes that have impacted on the budget and project deliverycoupled by stakeholder management, costings and feasibility management across multiple projects.
