Since 2007 Pellicano has completed approximately 1,350 apartments valued at $630 million. Pellicano currently have a further 500 under construction with a national pipeline of over 2,000 apartments.

Pellicano Builders is our Construction division who deliver the majority or our developments.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for $25Mill Hotel and Apartment project.

Must have relevant experience and proven track record in similar Projects!

Immediate start preferred. Property Developer / Builder with over 50 years experience in the Victorian Construction sector.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Proven track record of delivering multi-level Apartment and/or Hotel projects
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
