Project Manager

• Ensure site safety compliance
• Manage , monitor and control EBA related requirements  ensuring overall compliance on each project
• Working with developers, customers, architects and alike, ensure the successful formulation and execution of project execution:
  • On time
  • On budget
  • All variations monitored and actioned per policy
• Prepare, monitor and report on project costs and budgets
• Work closely with site personnel to ensure on site execution is per plan and contracts
• Lead and develop your team
• Prepare and manage RFI’s and variations
• Ensure all project contract administration is completed accurately and on time
• Provide input and support to the CEO/ leadership  team in developing new business opportunities
• Act as the representative of the organization on project sites

Salary offer subject to level of experience.

• Either tertiary qualified or trade qualified project manager with exposure and experience in  a like type role within the building / construction industry – 5 years minimum
• Proven estimation experience within building industry
• Proven experience in delivering multi-level residential and commercial projects on plan (time/ budget)
• Proven experience in occ. health and safety
