Project Manager

TSA Management is an Australian owned company specialising in providing Project, Advisory and Business Management Services to clients in the property and infrastructure sectors.

With offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane and experience that spans over 20 years, our services focus on working collaboratively with our clients in a way that improves project outcomes. TSA Management has grown strongly in recent years and currently employs over 150 staff across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Due to the expansion of our operations in Melbourne, TSA Management has an opportunity for a highly motivated professional in the role of Project Manager to deliver projects in the education, aged care/retirement living, retail, health, defence and state government sectors. 

The role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity of developing a career with a young, progressive and growing consultancy in the delivery of a broad variety of projects from early concept, design management through to construction delivery and handover.

Salary offer commensurate with experience.

Your background will ideally include experience with a Project Management consultancy. You will have a minimum of 4+ years’ industry experience including as a consultant Project Manager. You will have regularly project managed projects from start to finish. 

A tertiary qualification in construction, building, architecture or engineering is preferred. Experience in at least two of the following sectors is required; Aged Care/Retirement Living, Education (Schools/University/TAFE), State Government, Retail or Health. 

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, team oriented, take ownership of your projects, have commercial acumen and of critical importance will be a pro-active and a Client focused approach.
