We are searching for a highly driven Project Manager who displays behaviours in line with our values of integrity, excellence and happiness.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to –

• Lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project in line with company targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders
• Ensure project set up tasks are completed to achieve start on site dates
• Use your expertise to assess drawings for buildability
• Manage the Head Contract conditions focusing on finding the best solution for all parties
• Maintain stringent cost control
• Enable a harmonious worksite to ensure subcontractor relationships where everyone collaborates and thrives
• Lead the consultant team
• Produce accurate and timely project reporting
• Develop and manage the Construction Program for the project
• Lead and inspire the project team to deliver a quality building which exceeds the client’s expectations
• Ensuring the safety of all workers on site 

Candidate Requirements –

• Experience in a similar Project Management role
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Ability to inspire and lead a high performing project team through trust
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
• Working within the scope of AS4801 (Safety), ISO4001 (Environmental) and ISO9001 (Quality) accredited systems
